Requirements

B2B Marketing wanted multiple flexible and easy to use websites that helped their internal team provide engaging content to their users and promote attendance to the yearly events. During the discovery and planning process we worked on mapping a user journey that catered for the cross-industry clients that would attend the events.

UI / UX was critical in helping users find key information and resources and help support ticket purchasing journey and their inbound lead generation.
